Sifu Sergio Pascal Iadarola
Sifu Sergio Pascal Iadarola is one of the world’s foremost masters of Internal Wing Chun. With over 40 years of experience, he has dedicated his life to studying and reviving the lost internal aspects of traditional Wing Chun. His journey took him across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, and Singapore, learning directly from legendary grandmasters and completing multiple lineages.
Sifu Sergio’s program focuses on the ancient Siu Lin Tau set, developed in the late 1700s. This internal system, rooted in Fujian White Crane and Emei traditions, teaches you to cultivate real internal power, structure, and effortless strength—skills often lost in modern interpretations of Wing Chun.
